We work primarily one-on-one with clients, ensuring that every organizing solution is tailored to fit your lifestyle for long-term success. We believe that simply organizing a space without considering how it fits into your life isn't enough for lasting change.

Our  Approach:

1. Personalized Service: We take the time to get to know you, your routines, and your challenges. The process may take a bit longer in the beginning because it's all about creating a custom system that works for you, not just a generic one-size-fits-all solution.
2. Hands-On Involvement: Initially, we'll work closely with you to understand what works and what doesn’t. 
3. Long-Term Results: Our goal is to design an organizing system that fits your life. Once we establish your routine, maintaining the system becomes much easier. 

We also offer follow-up appointments, either virtual or in-person, to help reset and ensure everything stays in place.

Starting the Process:

• What are you looking to accomplish? Let us know your goals.
• Budget: Our standard organizing rate is $125 per hour. For any building or removal services, Jason will assist for an additional $100 per hour.
• Product Preferences: Do you prefer certain types of organizing products, such as plastic or bamboo? Do you have a product budget?
• Monthly Check-Ins: I also recommend monthly follow-up sessions to assess the system and reset if needed. These virtual sessions are $50 per hour and typically last 1-3 hours.

Example Process – Women’s Closet:

1. Edit: We go through your wardrobe to decide what to donate or sell.
2. Review Closet Setup: Together, we’ll evaluate your closet’s functionality and ensure the right storage solutions are in place (e.g., hanging, drawers, shoe areas).
3. Organization: Once everything is sorted, I’ll hang and fold your clothes in a way that makes sense for you, whether that’s by season, color, or size.

We assess the needs of each client, create a timeline and budget and present a customized moving plan, making every move seamless and stress-free. 

In addition to working with clients that are MOVING, we also work with SELLERS. 

Using our team can lead to

Our process begins with decluttering, helping clients decide what to keep, sell, donate, or discard.  

SELLERS: 

We thoughtfully organize throughout the home, focusing on what will create a positive impact for potential buyers. 

MOVERS: 

We are here for you every step of the way, from hiring movers, to making up the beds, to organizing your closets and pantry upon arriving in your new home; ensuring your first night sleep in your new house is a restful one.

HEADING TO COLLEGE:

Not sure what to pack? Don't worry, we have you covered. Use one of our dedicated dorm specialists to help you and your student prepare for everything they will need on their college journey. 

Our team can help with space planning, set-up, and shipping as well.   

PACKING/HEADING HOME:

Don't worry about flying out to help your student pack. We have you covered!  We supply the boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, and anything else needed to help your student get their room packed up and shipped home. 

Currently, our packing services our only available in the Los Angeles, Boulder and Chicago areas. 

PLACED/LA has developed organizational systems to address the specific needs of students with executive function and focus challenges. 

We help our clients develop strategies and techniques to manage tasks more effectively. 

• Through an initial assessment we tailor solutions to each individual and their needs and set realistic goals. 
• We implement techniques  to focus on time management, organization, task completion, accountability, and problem solving.
